1. Use of the Website

Our website is totally bilingual; you can choose to navigate in English or Spanish, select Spanish in the tool bar and the website will change the language.


You can look for a product, category or specific brand by entering it in the search space located in the upper right side and pressing the "search" button.

 

In the "subscribe" space you can send us your e-mail, to receive information of new products, offers, discount coupons, interesting news, etc.

2. How to Place an Order

Select the category of products that you wish and click on the desired product. Enter the quantity you wish to buy and press add to cart. Continue shopping or proceed to check out.

3. Orders by Mail

You can place your orders through the mail. Make sure to send the list of products with their respective codes and the quantity desired of each product. You can pay using Money Orders, but be sure to add the shipping cost. In order to calculate the shipping cost, complete your shopping cart with the desired products and at check out point, the total amount including shipping will be displayed. If you have problems calculating the shipping cost, send us an email with the list of products and delivery address and we will provide you with the correct amounts.

4. To Cancel or Modify Orders

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible in order to find out the status of your order.

5. Sales Tax

In accordance with State Law, we must charge sales tax to all orders delivered within the state of Florida subject to such tax.

6. Payment Options

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments are totally secure. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which eliminates the possibility that the information be intercepted by a third party. We also accept Money Orders.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with a product received, or if we delivered the incorrect product, please return it within 15 days of receipt. We will exchange it or reimburse its value. Be sure the items are unopened or unused. The shipping cost is not reimbursed and will be paid by the customer unless it was our mistake. Please pack the articles securely in the box and attach the sale invoice along with the reason for the return. We recommend sending an e-mail to inform us as well (info@guatemala4ever.com).

8. Coupons

You may receive discount coupons for various reasons:

  1. Coupons applicable to specific products being promoted
  2. Coupons corresponding to special holiday promotions
  3. For sending us valuable feedback pertinent to our business.

 

Coupons may be used one time only, one per order and are applied at check out.

9. Shipping

Orders are delivered within the United States of America. They are sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS. The shipping company is chosen per our discretion. Some shipping methods do not allow delivery to P.O. Boxes and need a real address in order to deliver. Please note delivery method to be used and guidelines. Mistakes in stated addresses will cause delays and additional costs which will be paid by the customer. The shipping cost will be calculated based on weight, final destination and selected delivery method. You can track your order in the lower left side of our website in: 'Tracking Order' after you receive the notification with the number of the respective order.

10. Notifications

You will receive a notification that your order has been received by us, as well as another with tracking numbers when it has been shipped. This means that payment on your card has been processed.
